Zulu eDM has a very easy to use platform. They are very knowledgeable about their product and have a huge range of features to cater for all needs. Zulu eDM is also very friendly, responsive and always willing to help. I have no complaints, but I have heard from other users that they would like more time zones available. I do not recommend Zulu eDM for the following reasons. I needed to send a large amount of emails at once to a number of different addresses. The platform is not suitable for this because it only allows a certain amount of emails to be sent at once. Therefore, I had to send each email individually and also wait a whole day for each email to be delivered. I am a very busy business owner which I need to manage on the go.
