Very useful for business purposes, especially new customer registration

I like that it is easy enought so anyone can use without having any technical knowledge of computers or emails in general! It's also very secure as there are no passwords needed (aside from setting up an account) - which means you don't need someone with admin rights just enter their username/email address and they're good too go through everything within seconds if not minutes after signing-up!! There isn't much i dislike about this service but perhaps more options would be nice? However what…

  • Very user friendly, simple signin process.
  • Easy access for all employees involved at every stage during order processing,
  • Inexpensive pricing compared other CRM solutions available today; )
Cons
  • Only one 'account' per business entity required instead than multiple accounts being able used by different departments

Very useful tool when travelling: Zulu eDM

Zulu eDM has a very easy to use platform. They are very knowledgeable about their product and have a huge range of features to cater for all needs. Zulu eDM is also very friendly, responsive and always willing to help. I have no complaints, but I have heard from other users that they would like more time zones available. I do not recommend Zulu eDM for the following reasons. I needed to send a large amount of emails at once to a number of different addresses. The platform is not suitable for…
