Review on Sceptre C275B 144RR: A Professional Curved 🖥️ Display with FreeSync & DisplayPort for Optimal 1920X1080P Performance by Scott Hall

I ordered this monitor in May this year and after 3 months it died. Went and turned on the computer this afternoon and black screen but it was lit. I thought it was weird with Windows so I restarted my computer. Nothing yet. Tried with PS4, nothing died. The menu functions don't appear on the screen, so I knew something was wrong. I called tech support and the first question they asked was do you see the logo when you turn it on, no? I said no. He said it was a broken screen. He helped me through the process without hesitation. Luckily I still have the box (I keep the boxes). Says to send it back and they will see if they can fix it, if not send a new one. A bit upset that I paid $200 less than 6 months ago and now have to wait 3 weeks for a repair or replacement. That's why I leave one star. Should be able to just get a replacement it is clearly defective and they know they have defective ones. I will update this review over time.
