Based on my perception of the bathrobe I received I found it rough and reminded me what an old worn towel looks like. I also find it uncomfortable and heavy. I didn't find it warm either. I was also disappointed that it was so flat both before and after washing. I bought this myself as it was advertised as plush, comfy and warm.
