Great for light workouts
So happy I have discovered zip up exercise bras. So much easier to put on. I do mostly low impact so I can’t clarify about running, etc. only issue is sometimes the zipper doesn’t zip. Everything has to be perfectly lined up and the support makes that difficult sometimes. Once it’s on it’s great though.
