Easy to set up and use, worked great for almost 10 months and seems to have been discontinued completely a few days ago. It must be ok as I just bought another one that works fine too. Hope this one lasts longer. Initially I suspected a power supply failure based on the clicking sound when the unit was plugged in, but there were no lights or other signs of life on the old unit and any power supply will work with a new, freshly purchased unit. I use a 4K monitor at home most of the time except at night, and it served as my laptop's wired ethernet device, but otherwise no excessive requirements. I have no idea about tech support, I suspect it doesn't actually exist, and I'm sure the product warranty expired after 10 months.
