The wax balls were very good and easy to use. Helpful instructions on how to set up and use the heater and how to use wax for different strip sizes are included. They also contained useful sticks for applying wax, essential for use. This is an all purpose wax kit that I was able to use as soon as it arrived. Didn't have to go to the store or anything which was very convenient. It removes almost all hair in all areas where I applied it. Sometimes I had to use a second strip, but I've heard this is a problem with most wax kits and not a unique problem. From what I've found this is one of the cheapest kits out there but still high quality.
