1) The ability to create different groups within our restaurant (management, front desk, kitchen, etc.)2) Being able to assign each restaurant an online menu.3) being able to view employee attendance and other information about employees.4) having access to the system from home or mobile devices5) being able to set up reminders for payroll deposits on my behalf!1) No need to call the office every time I am out of town or have a change in schedule.2) Having access to it from anywhere I happen to be helps me immensely when I'm not even near the office. I like that it has a lot of features to choose from. It's easy to schedule employees and track their performance. The interface could be improved by adding more options. There are not enough features to make this software stand out. But for its price, it can't be beat. We use this tool to schedule our employees. This helps us keep track of who works when so that we don't have to waste time calling people to find out what their schedules look like.
