This coat is very well made and is warm on a cold winter's day! Do not hesitate to buy this coat if you can get it directly from Ebay. If the seller is Luxury Lane, do not buy. I had to send this coat back to Luxury Lane, the seller, because it was a little too big (4xl). Not only did they take 8 business days to process the refund, they did not refund the full amount of the purchase price. I had to call Ebay to get my correct refund as Luxury Lane would not give me any answers. I did then order a smaller size which was supplied by Ebay and the coat was a great fit. I am well pleased with the coat and with Ebay's customer service!
