A small bump in the road was suggested by the support team
After receiving the device, it did not boot. After some diagnostics, a problematic drive cable was found, but it was not used. It may have been defective but I removed it and the unit worked great. It's a very powerful system, especially for its size. Although I was frustrated at first, I am very happy with this purchase. I recommend it and the tech support is always there if you encounter any issues.
