I teach violin and I find these stretch tubes to be a great way to represent violin strings vibrating when the bow is stretched to the sides. The tube reacts like the musical vibration of a violin string. And the booth is big/wide enough for younger students to see how it works. Since I also work long hours on the computer, I've started using these tubes to stretch my arms and upper body, similar to resistance bands. I love the color, strength and stretch of these tubes!
