I had the Beach Body 21 Day Fix Container and Plan. The only real differences are the slightly firmer lids (they leak a bit), the workout DVD that Beach Body ships with their cases, and the price. If you've seen Beach Body 21 Day Fix prices, you know they're a lot cheaper. So these containers are a good suggestion. If you put something in with a lot of liquid, just don't leave it upside down. It will flow. It's not going to flow like crazy or anything, but it happens. Plan - I'm tired of counting calories. And sometimes I need a little more guidance. I know what to eat, but I don't plan well just by counting. It's all my fault, but I love this change. You don't count calories, you just eat according to plan. For example, let's say you need to eat four purple fruits a day (maybe that's right, but it's just an example). Purple is fruit. The manual tells you which fruit is considered purple, and the container itself is the portion you should be eating. Four servings of this size per day. Kale is a vegetable and you can use it to make a salad or certain dishes - don't limit yourself to just eating that container of celery if you really don't like celery. Etc. Pros: I'm not starving and don't feel left out in that regard, and I like the guides. Cons: This, like many "diet" plans, makes spontaneity a bit difficult. I've come up with a few dishes that you can buy at restaurants and I know that I usually have to cut down on the portion and take them home. The 21 Day Fix DVD (not included with this DVD) is simply a 30 minute daily workout that combines cardio and strength training. Add your own exercises and it's a great alternative to spending around $75 for a 21-day fix.
