I just bought a 1TB SD card for less than $20. My first attempt to look for a cfast2.0 card led me to a compact flash card with an old IBM microdrive interface. Not the same. The cheapest cfast2.0 card is only 1GB and costs $19. Look for the cheapest camera that uses this fast interface, and a used camera in the $1000 range (for a used legacy model) that occupies 256GB, which is about $1 for 1GB.
