Does not harden even after 10 minutes in a UV lamp
This color is great, but it doesn't heal. I dried it 3 times (6 minutes) under a UV light and it still rubbed off my brush when I applied the top coat. My new top bottle is now pink with red glitter. After I applied the top, I dried it twice more. If you miss a spot when applying the top coat, it will rub right off.
- Glitter can sink into the bottle. Before applying, shake the bottle a little or warm it with warm water for a better consistency.
