I have to admit I was apprehensive about this purchase but it turned out to be one of my favorite purchases ever! My body temperature is naturally warm. I was concerned that adding a weighted blanket would cause overheating. As promised, this duvet will not make me overheat but will keep my husband warm. We both get what we need from this blanket with the added benefits of temperature control. I love this blanket.
