I now have 4 different sets of dish covers for several different sets of Christmas and Thanksgiving dishes. I bought a piece of this set because of the reviews and the fact that people mentioned storing their Grandma's china in them. They are much nicer than the ones I have, but I have purchased a 4 piece storage set for the price I paid for this one. I would expect the quality to be better. The quilted dividers to put in between dishes are nice and as thick as the actual quilted storage piece. I think to make these better and used for expensive, good china, it would have been nice to have some sort of protection on the sides of the containers for dishes, even if a piece of corrugated cardboard. That would make these containers much better than all others and protect the sides of your dishes much better. Th is a good purchase, but for the difference in the price, the quality should be well above the other sets available.
