I bought these to use with Fire 7 Gen 9. Pros: - The tip stays inside, preventing dirt from getting into the charging connector and damaging the connector by tearing the cable. Cons: - Weaker tip magnet than I would like. I will provide further feedback after further use and testing. * Months went by and I bought additional 10th Gen cables. Pros: - USB-C tip charges my phone fast (QC 3.0) - haven't done any testing but my Z3 accepts it. - One of my long chords was crushed by a couch leg and still recharges quickly. Cons: - The tips can get dirty and not seat properly until cleaned. - One of my long ends of the charging cable was flattened. under the sofa leg and does not sit directly on the tips unless you press on them. All in all, you dealt with the abuse of my children and I treated you pretty well.
