True to size. I wear Med in women and ordered a small as the size was for men. decisive. Feels very soft inside. Excellent material and quality. Seller - was great, I ordered meds first for me and XL for my husband (thought I'd take a size up for him in case the sweaters run small). I immediately regretted ordering medication so I emailed the seller asking to change it too small. The seller responded very quickly and sent me a small one (fits perfectly!). The sweaters fit true to size so I had to return my husband and re-order the large one. The return went without any problems.
