I like that they offer a variety of plans and that they have a lot of resources available for customers. I dislike that they don't have a lot of customer support. I have had to contact their customer service several times to resolve issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a web host. I am hosting a website for a non-profit organization that I am a board member for. I needed a web host that was reliable and had a lot of resources available. I was able to find a host that met my needs and was affordable.
