Review on 👜 Multipurpose Messenger Convertible Bag by Sheng TS by Ashley Branch

Well I've had my backpack less than 6 months and the zipper fell apart completely. Understandably, things like this happen sometimes, which is why I gave the Ibackpack company the opportunity to show what their customer service is all about. I applied on March 6th and got an answer the same day! They asked for a photo of the broken part which I was happy to send them. They informed me that they would send me a new backpack on March 7th, saying it was a "little problem", but they would do it anyway. I sent my address but there is no backpack yet. Then, on March 15, they asked me for my address again. So I sent it back. Then again no answer. On March 19th (7 days ago) I sent a final email asking if this would happen or not and to my surprise I received no response. The photos attached are the ones I sent to customer service when I noticed the zipper was starting to break. --- now it is no longer used and when I use it as a backpack as usual my laptop falls out as the zipper is no longer used. It was a decent backpack but definitely not durable. one that lasts a long time. If you're looking for a durable and responsive enterprise, this backpack isn't for you. I would definitely not recommend this product
