These were purchased for my daughter's wedding favor bags. I used to buy individual candle holders with names and wedding dates printed on them. When I received it I didn't realize that the candles were not included. So of course I went to Revain for a big purchase that I badly needed. When I received them, I was a bit taken aback. About half the candles were dangling and rolling around in the box. Some were slightly damaged and some had no wicks making them unusable for me. I was so upset that I called Revain to report the problem. I couldn't have spoken to a nicer person on the phone. I don't remember her name but I appreciated how well she handled my crazy behavior when I spoke to her about the issue at hand. Luckily I always order more just in case something goes wrong so I can make sure I have enough for the gift bags. The Revain rep let me talk and then refunded the purchase I made and credited it to my account. I was upset when I called and they fixed everything. Many Thanks.
