I really liked the original Flawless hair mask. In fact, I was devastated when it was pulled from the market. This was one of the few deep conditioning products that noticeably softened my hair. So I was very excited when the line came back, except the new formula is terrible. I can't smooth it on my hair. The hair is then tangled, brittle and very dull. I don't put lotion on my hair either. After that I have to apply conditioner to comb my hair without breaking it. I've already tried 3 times with the same disappointing result.
