I have a 2 year old so every day my house is littered with trash and all sorts of powder and leftover food. So far this robot vacuum cleaner has helped me a lot. Every morning before the kid wakes up, I let him out to clean the house. It takes time to move around the house, but it's quiet there. There are spot cleaning, edge cleaning, 1 room cleaning and whole house cleaning functions on the remote control. I've tried them all and found it easier to run them in the default automatic mode. There's also a Return Home button and timer setting if you need them. a beep when I turn it on or put it on the charger, which draws my child's attention. He weighs almost 30 pounds and sometimes rides the robot like a pet. So far the cleaner has worked flawlessly. Maybe I'll suggest something on the vacuum cleaner to make it harder to stand. The vacuum is low enough that you can hide the charging base under the chest so your child can't reach it (assuming you have a chest or sofa with very little clearance).
