Works exactly as advertised. The end is easy to find every time and easy to separate from the roll. The adhesive is sticky enough to get the job done on paper, plastic, wood, metal and just about anything. The obvious traces of tampering always remain and there is absolutely no way to hide them once the tape has been damaged. What worked for me to clean was an oil or alcohol based cleaner.
