I tried these bags last night and they worked great. I marinated some chicken thighs in a soy-citrus marinade. I liked being able to seal the bags before soaking and the ventilation system did a good job of getting the air out. I was a little worried about how the marinade in the bag would work, but it was actually quite simple. The chicken was delicious!
