It comes very close to the actual 128 GB (a small part of its raw capacity is lost through formatting the file system) and works reliably without much fuss. It's like having a 128GB Super Micro drive. Reading very large volumes (50GB or more) from time to time is very similar to reading SSDD. Large writes to it are noticeably slower than SSDD, but I prefer it for files that remain fairly static for ease of transport, so a single write time slower than SSDD isn't a huge issue for me. I really like having 128GB of storage that fits into the small flat spots that an SDXC card fits. And so far (for several months) in my Mac Power Book's SD card slot, this card has been reliable for taking lots of data on the go.
