The item I received was the Home Brew Ohio Fermentation Bucket, not the Brewers Best Ale Bucket shown in the photo. My order was shipped and sold by Revain.com, so it wasn't a third party issue. My mistake was not paying attention to the reviews of this product as many others have said the same thing. In my case I already had a bucket of Brewers Best Ale Pail so knowing their quality I didn't think it was appropriate to read the reviews. cannot be removed by hand. I skimmed Home Brew Ohio and found on their website that they include a lid removal tool if they sell the fermenter and lid direct. which has not yet been completed. I sent back what I received as the lid situation is just an annoyance. In order for this item to be sold here the price must be lower or the tool must be included and the images must be corrected.
