This looks exactly like the catalog picture and has a unique intricate design that will hold your head in place while you sleep. I'm a bit of a pillow snob and have a collection of latex and memory foam pillows that I love to varying degrees. I had never tried anything like this before, so I decided to give it a try. And I like this position - I can definitely say that my head is in the right position and it reduces my pain. But the pillow itself is so hard that I can't get through the night comfortably. This may soften over time, but I tossed and turned, trying to get comfortable. This will vary from person to person so I will say it is well done and can be very effective. But it won't be for everyone.
