Review on GoFriend Bike Lock - High Security 5 Digit Resettable Combination Coiling Cable Lock - Best for Bicycle Outdoors (1.2mx12mm) by Robert Smith

I bought a GoFriend bike lock for my 10 year old son who just started cycling to school. The package was sent and arrived incredibly quickly. To my dismay, the packaging and the documentation explaining how the lock worked were entirely in Chinese. Luckily, another Revain buyer posted a photo of his instructions in English after seeing complaints from others. With the instructions in hand, my son was able to select and set his pick combination and successfully test locking his bike the night before school. The next morning while walking to school, his lock slipped off the straps attached to the seat post and fell to the ground. As a result of the fall, the clip on the combination head broke so that it could no longer be clipped into the seat belts. Cheap plastic! Disappointing experience. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it.
