I bought it because I have lactose intolerance and it is therefore very easy to digest. Taste is ok but not outstanding. I like that stevia is used as a sweetener, but the taste leaves something to be desired. Other than that I have no problem drinking it, I'm kinda used to the taste, I think if it's too tasty you have to wonder what they do in it. I've found that a little more water helps. 1 scoop with 12 ounces of water is best for a regular shake. It really doesn't taste very good in protein powder recipes, although it put me off a lot. Overall a decent option, especially for those who are lactose intolerant.
