I really like my bookshelf, don't get me wrong, but the tool they provided to assemble it was very flimsy and started to bend halfway through. Thank goodness I hired a professional to do the assembly and he had a heavier hex wrench to use but he couldn't use a drill and I had to do everything by hand. It took almost 3 hours. The illustration is also confusing and he fitted three shelves upside down before realizing his mistake and having to reassemble the whole piece. When set up, however, it offers a lot of space in a small space and is visually appealing. Rising edges provide extra support to keep books from falling. I am very happy with my bookshelf.
