As someone who spends hours staring at a computer screen, I've always struggled with eye strain and headaches. Based on my experience, these blue light blocking glasses have really made a positive difference! The lightweight frame is comfortable to wear for long periods and the lenses are effective in reducing eye fatigue. The glasses also come with a protective case and cleaning cloth which is a nice bonus. My only complaint is that they don't fit well with over-ear headphones. Overall, I highly recommend these glasses for anyone who spends a lot of time on computers.
