The ability of our account manager to customize an existing system or build new custom applications was something we wanted to have but did not foresee in early planning stages. This is important for us because it allows us to use an application that meets our needs without having to pay development costs from scratch. It has definitely met all of our requirements so far. I would highly recommend FLO BOS to any midmarket organization looking to modernize its ERP solution. At first there may be some learning curve, however, once you get your feet wet and realize how easy it should become you will find yourself utilizing more features than initially intended!
