After upgrading to the 40D, it is reassuring to realize that you are shooting at full frame, just like film. In terms of picture quality, the Canon EOS 40D may not have quite reached the 35mm film frame, but the Canon EOS Mark 2 easily surpasses the film. It is only with fixes, beginning with version 50 1.8, that it fully displays itself. Simply put, zooms do not have sufficient resolution, particularly at the frame's boundaries. It is highly recommended that you purchase a battery pen since uses a significant amount of energy. Every film lens (EF) on Mark immediately starts functioning exactly how it was intended to during the course of its creation. On the 40D, the 50 1.8 lens would miss almost every shot; however, when I switched to the Mark, it stopped missing altogether and didn't even require any correction; at first, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I gave it a lot of thinking before deciding whether or not to purchase the 5D Mark II. After all, photography is merely a pastime for me rather than a source of income for me. Yet, you won't know unless you give it a shot! I purchased it, and after using it for a month, I picked up a 40D that had been lying on a shelf. After using a full frame, it seemed unfinished to me, despite the fact that the device is very good. The viewfinder on the Mark II is fantastic, and it's rather huge. At first, the only embarrassing part was the thunderous claps that came from the mirror. In overall, the device was superior to any and all of my anticipations. Those who are unsure about whether or not they should make a purchase should go ahead and do it. After the Canon 40D, I thought the picture quality of soap dish cameras was poor. After the Canon 5D Mark II, I stopped holding soap dish cameras and pseudo-reflex cameras in general! If the highest possible image quality is considered to be 100%, then soap dishes and pseudo-reflex cameras will only provide 5-10% of that, while the Canon 40D will provide 50%, film will provide 60-70%, and the Canon 1Ds Mark III and Canon 5D Mark II would provide 100%. Just so you know, I've left the Canon 40D here as a backup camera. There are two lenses, the 17-55 2.8 IS (verified to be the best staff for Canon crop), and the 17-85 IS, as well as two flashes, the 580EX II and the 430EX. The camera is very, very good. In addition, I contrasted it with the Nikon D700, but once I saw the photos taken with the Canon, I decided to go with that brand instead. The Canon 5D Mark II is an incredible piece of equipment.
