My work as a reviewer requires me to provide an objective evaluation of businesses operating in a variety of sectors, and I'm sorry to say that RENGENG doesn't measure up. My experience with the company's products and services has not been particularly positive, in spite of the fact that they assert themselves to be industry leaders in the field of sporting goods. In the first place, the standard of their products is not very good. The components of their gear are made of materials that have an inexpensive and flimsy appearance, and they do not stand up well to frequent use. In addition, the product explanations on their website are not very detailed, which makes it difficult to evaluate the quality of the item before making a purchase. In addition to this, their customer support is poor. It took them several days to respond to me when I contacted them with a question about a merchandise after I had contacted them. And when they did respond, their answer was useless and didn't address the issue that I had brought up. Last but not least, their delivery service is inconsistent. My order did not appear until much later than I had anticipated, and when it finally did, the product was broken and unable to be used. In conclusion, I am unable to recommend RENGENG as a business that manufactures sports equipment. Their wares are of poor quality, they provide poor customer service, and they are unreliable when it comes to delivering their products. If you are looking for sports equipment, I recommend that you seek elsewhere because the market offers options that are significantly superior to what you are currently purchasing.
