I had to experiment a bit, but one of our molds was the wrong material and didn't fit. I removed a star because their support team didn't understand the issue very well, but once we figured it out it was a gang showdown. I sent the removed star back because they sent us samples with a different hardness (probably Shore). The ways of working with this material shown on the internet were pretty cool. My engineer is happy, so I'm happy too. - grams
