My daughter just turned 2 and I bought her a size 2.
It was too tight for her mid waist where the elastic is and then baggy at the shoulder straps and skirt. I just checked and they calculate the return shipping cost.
- Very cute and worth it.
- The dress may have a limited range of colors to choose from.
