Well made product. The installation package includes a cleaner, dryer, frame guide, scraper and polishing pad, and of course a custom-fit screen protector. The installation video covers everything you need to do to get a good app. The installation video site contains videos for multiple products and for different phones. At first I was concerned that there isn't a dedicated video for the Samsung S10e, but the video for the S7 shows everything I needed to know. I was then concerned that it wasn't easy to confirm that this product was actually for the S10e. Upon closer inspection of the centering guide, the frame that positions the screen protector correctly on the phone, I found a slight S10e embossing on the guide. Everything was good. The benefit of the Zagg screen protector ($44 each) is that it's thin and, like other thicker screen protectors, doesn't affect the screen's touch sensitivity. The UniqueMe protector (about $10 for 4 of these) is thicker, but I didn't notice any loss in screen sensitivity. And I find the UniqueMe protector tougher, cleaner, and lighter than Zagg. I just put the UniqueMe screen protector on so I don't know how well it will hold up over time. AlohaGender
