The head sits perfectly on my handle and vibrates really well. I've been using my newest head for far too long so this is a refreshing change in many ways. I haven't used them long enough to appreciate durability, but even if each head only lasted a month it would still be a great deal compared to the ridiculous price of SonicCare heads. I've noticed the price of pen/charger sets going down, I think they're making money off of replacement heads as they certainly haven't gotten cheaper. I love my SonicCare brush but will continue to buy cheaper brush heads as I can't afford to buy the brand name and really see no reason to spend the extra money.
