These are very comfortable but be aware the are a tad thicker than the usual ear piercings. After a few weeks of soaking my ear lobes in salt water they are very comfortable. I never remove them, definitely comfortable to sleep in. I have 4 cartilage piercings and 10 lobe piercings. I ordered a second pair. Silver and the rose gold. No changes in color or wear on the finishes even though I spend a lot of time in the pool and never take them out.
