I bought these after my roommate dropped and broke my fragile little Apple TV remote. I reluctantly decided that I should put some kind of protective case on it, and this case struck me as the most minimalist design. This is a very slick case that adds extra grip and durability to the slippery little glass remote. To be honest, I love the look and feel, and I prefer the extra weight it adds to the remote when you're holding it. The matte black silicone material is of excellent quality and has precise cutouts. This protects the remote from accidental drops and prevents it from sliding on other surfaces. As some others have pointed out, it's sometimes harder to click the trackpad when you first put the case on, but that wasn't a big deal after using it for over a week. An added bonus feature - it's easier to tell if you're holding the remote correctly if you quickly pick it up!
