The best part of this knife is the weight balance. When you have it in your hand, you know what I am talking about. The length and weigh are just right, the handle is ergonomic, the blade is sharp out of the box (by the way, the box itself is pretty nice). It cuts the meat effortlessly, although it is recommended noting cutting on hard surfaces like stoneware, it looks totally fine with me, it doesn’t leave marks on the stoneware plate and it doesn’t get dull at all.
