Difficult to remove to get under organizer
It's hard to recommend an organizer that takes up half the console's storage space if it can't be easily removed. I'm not denying that it fits well, but it's extremely difficult to remove if you're storing larger items in the bottom of the console. I would rather not have an organizer/shelf than this because at least I have a lot of storage space.
