Cables have been seated for 30 days and no longer charge. The plug that goes to the phone has lost its copper plating and is no longer making contact. UPDATE: Talking to the company about fixing the issue will update the stars if and when they're fixed. UPDATE: Spoke to support and they solved my issue, they were fine. and worked with me to fix the issues. They absolutely support the product there!
