Very soft, comfortable and easy to wear Approximately

I bought this electric blanket just over a month ago. Very soft material, comfortable and easy to use and wear. Unfortunately it stopped working and we can't figure out why. Tried another known working USB port, still not heating. Never expose to water or other materials. I keep it away when I'm not using it. It's a shame because I was thrilled to have something to keep me warm while everyone else needed a lower room temperature.
