Great for practice!
This is an amazing product for sports. I do a lot of cardio and this has helped me get rid of chafing/rubbing/blistering on my legs. I rubbed it in before training and I really saw a difference in my leg problems. It's very easy to use (although I think some additional recommended use cases in the description would help!).
