I bought this pen for use in digital art programs because it said it can be tilted and supports Surface Book, which is what I wanted to use it for. In testing, it doesn't support skew in any of the various programs I use, including Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop. I also have ways to check what data the pen is sending to such programs for all common Windows pen interfaces. It reports NO incline with either. Other than that, I think it's a good, inexpensive replacement for the Surface Pen. I only got it for the tilt and some reviews that said it outperformed the Surface Pen. But since I don't need a replacement, I'm returning it. I gave this review one star to warn others. However, I was impressed that aside from the tilt, inability to program the buttons, and lack of Bluetooth (which I don't care), it works almost exactly like a Surface Pen for drawing. I found the right mouse button position less comfortable than on the Surface Pen, but that didn't stop me. I contacted support and they didn't answer the tilt question, which is not a plus. It would be better if they specified in advance which of the tablets they support won't tilt. I suspect it's a driver issue and they appear to be using the same NTrig drivers as the Surface Pen. I also have a Cintiq, which predates the Surface Book by a lot. With that, you'll have tilt if and only if you get a pen that supports tilt. In this case, it's not hardware.
