Long review: A few years ago I was injured in a car accident and since then I've suffered from shoulder and neck pain, as well as tension headaches and migraines. I bought a couple of pillows which provided minimal and very temporary relief from my neck and headaches. I ordered this pillow a few months ago and have been waiting to try it ever since. I love this pillow, it gave me a much better night's sleep. It got rid of most of my nighttime neck pains and also helped with most of the tension headaches I wake up with in the morning. For that alone I give 5 stars. I haven't found any other pillow that can do this for me. I've also found that sometimes when I have neck pain during the day, if I lay my head on this pillow for 15-20 minutes, sometimes it goes away. The best pillow ever! I got a softer version of the pillow which seems to work best for my personal neck and head issues.
