When I first received them (I ordered 2) they worked great! However, in the past two weeks, both have stations that are not charging. The lights just stay green even when the device is off. Some places charge, some don't. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by customer service and asked for a photo showing the charging lights not working. They said they would send me new chargers to replace. I sent pictures as requested and haven't heard from anyone else. I sent a follow up email and no response. For this reason I am reducing my rating to 1 star. For starters, I'd up the rating for good customer service, but the lack of fulfillment worries me. Update: After contacting the seller, I received a replacement within 3 days. Work on the new units is going well so far. Maybe just bad luck with the first one. Upgraded to 4 stars based on customer service and the product is now working. Honestly I can't give 5 stars as the first few had issues but 4 out of 5 isn't bad.
