I had to glue it with crazy glue

I used crazy glue based on the reviews so yes it did stick but didn't want to rely on the supplied glue. What sucks is that after a few weeks the ring was showing signs of tarnishing/wearing and the pin holding it to the tome started falling apart. It finally broke last week so I only got to use it for a couple of weeks before everything broke.
